Branding and Marketing Tammy Levent

Do you know what your brand is? I’ll give you a hint: It’s not just your logo. It’s the way clients perceive your business.

From the look of your marketing materials to where and how you advertise, you have control over how people see you. That is branding. It’s the impression that comes through over the customer service phone line, and in the words and graphics of your marketing materials, website, and social media. To brand yourself well, you need originality, personality and consistency. Your brand needs to stay current but not change, and it needs to reflect who you are and what you do.

partnerships

Strategic Partnerships Tammy Levent

As a Business Strategist, Strategic Partnerships are my go-to tool for immediately empowering your business. The right partnerships will increase your sales and get hundreds of new people talking about your brand. You can use them to build a business from nothing – with no money out of pocket – or you can use them to expand your current business. You can even use them to increase sales as an employee. Work on commission? Then you can use a few Strategic Partners. They’re that flexible, and that important to getting on top.

You might wonder if forming a Strategic Partnership is right for you. Let me put it to you this way: If you have something you can give that costs you nothing, and the other party has something you need that doesn’t cost them anything to give you either – doesn’t it make sense to barter what you have for what you need? Strategic Partnerships have to be equally mutually beneficial in order to work, but spotting the opportunities around you requires training your eye to see them.

Industry Relations

The Travel Industry has always been an industry built on relationships.  All of our successes are built around it.  Whether it’s the relationship a travel agent has with their preferred wholesaler, their client, or the myriad of other relationships you build everyday, it’s important we all build them and respect them.  At GoGo, our longstanding relationship with Travel Agents have helped us mutually prosper.  We respect that relationship and are continuously looking for new creative ways to grow them.  The biggest tool to have in business are your ears.  While it sounds simple, the act of listening and understanding will lead to some of the most profitable partnerships you could have.

Tammy Interview Secrets Wild Orchid

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend the services of Ms. Tammy Levent. Six (6) months after we opened, Tammy was invited to give a full assessment of current business practices and what was needed moving forward, to ensure greater efficiency, higher productivity levels, and an increase in sales primarily in our Wedding Department.

Tammy’s presentation and one-on-one sessions with individual departments helped our staff to prioritize, re-focus and take a more proactive approach to our guests and their concerns. Staff was encouraged to ensure that key inter-dependent departments meet periodically to ensure a more cohesive structure – advise that has served us well almost one-year later.

Overall, we are extremely gratified that Tammy’s input has contributed to the increased positive reviews on Trip Advisor and that our Wedding sales have seen a notable upswing.

We look forward to working with Tammy again in the future as she develops other valuable and innovative ways to aid in our continued growth and development in this market.

Emilio Huhn
General Manager

Ms. Tammy Levent is a highly experienced, perceptive, and masterful professional. Her encouraging presence immediately puts you at ease. She has the uncanny ability to laser in on the heart of the matter to remove the obstacle that you had no idea was there, blocking the fulfillment of your desire or goal. If you are looking for someone who gets results quickly, I highly recommend The Magnificent Ms. Tammy Levent. She is the kind of person each of us should have on our success team!

If you are stuck, if you aren’t moving forward, forget the self-help books. Tammy may be unconventional but I have to say her “Imagine There is no box” approach to training and development helped me clear major, self-inflicted road blocks in my professional career.

My employees who were trained by Tammy Levent are now superstars in the hospitality industry and with Secrets Montego Bay. Guest satisfaction more than doubled after spending time with Tammy for just Five days of Exceptional Customer Service training. While many challenges professionals face can be self-inflicted, they CAN be mitigated. Try something different. Try the Tammy way.

I met Tammy Levent while I was working at a Five stars boutique Resort in 2009. I was in love with my job. I was running several departments. Tammy saw something I never saw in myself. It was something as simple as “passion”. She recognized my talents and knew exactly what I was capable of doing for a business.
Within minutes of leaving this company in 2010, I was blessed to receive a phone call from Tammy encouraging me to work with AM RESORT. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Since then I have been promoted four times. I am a lot more marketable and I have gotten several offers from fortune 500 companies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue. However, loyalty is everything to me and I am loyal to my Secrets Brand.

Tammy is extraordinary. She trains superstars. She gives excellent business advice and she makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world whether you are on the phone with her, in a room or online.

Marketing and Social Media

With the power of travel in every user’s hands, it’s more important than ever for the travel industry – agents, concierge, tourism boards, hoteliers, taxis, porters, restauranteurs, airlines and more – to join the conversation.Social media not only allows travel pros to join the conversation, but to lead it in a myriad of ways, responding to complaints, expanding upon suggestions, and building long-term relationships with future guests and travelers through brand awareness and loyalty. Successful travel agents leverage social media to become influencers. Concierges are confidantes. With unprecedented, instant access to guests, hoteliers and airlines are problem solvers, minimizing complaints and entertaining requests in real time, which in turn, helps build a devoted customer base.

What’s more, it’s more profitable to foster relationships with existing guests who will only become more loyal and spread the word for your services, rather than the cost of reaching a continuous stream of new guests.Et voila! A competitive edge is gained.

Social media isn’t going anywhere anytime soon – so travel pros that optimize for social media and learn how to use it to their advantage will gain the competitive edge over ones with their heads still in the sand.

Lead Generation Tammy Levent

Lead Generation is the foundation of marketing. Without it, you have no business. So why is it that most people take a business card and lose it within a week? How come business owners collect potential client contact information every day and never do anything with it? Tammy Levent teaches you how to not just collect vital information on your target clientele, but what to do with all of those names and e-mail addresses once you have them. Learn to use contests and giveaways to generate leads at shows and on social media, how to work the room at events, and how to strategically partner to get ideal clients coming to you. The first rule of lead generation is: Never throw people away. The second rule is: Follow up.

Customer Service Barbara Glanz

The foundation of the Hospitality Industry is Service. Think of the word “hospitality.” It connotes warmth, sharing, and above all, the idea of relationship, and that is what I think we all expect from our hospitality partners. You are helping us create memories for our organizations, our families, and ourselves, and we want you to take the time to get to know us as unique beings rather than dealing with the sterility of planning a trip online simply as a number. Of course, there are organizations and people who only want the best price (yet even this can be possible with a creative agent), but for most of your customers, the desire is for a great experience, and that comes from knowing your clients, listening to their needs, and building relationships, whether it is a one night stay in a hotel, a one time dining experience, or planning an entire corporate meeting. Great customer service is all about meeting and then exceeding the client’s expectations so that they tell all their associates and friends about the experience. Since it costs at least 6 times as much to get a new client as to keep an old one, and since the marketing cost of referrals is next to nothing, great service DEFINITELY impacts your bottom line. You simply need to give your employees a sense of mission that they CAN make a difference in each interaction they have with a client, no matter what their job is. That sense of spirit will impact not only your success as an organization and delight your customers, but best of all, will give your employees a real sense of purpose in their work and lives. We are all on this earth to serve!

Marketing with Mobile Apps – Billy Heneghan

The role of a travel agent has changed dramatically over the last decade, with the ability for anyone with an internet connection to book a flight, rent a car, book a hotel room; all within minutes. Technology has changed the travel industry forever. However, what online booking engines and travel sites can’t do, is help create experiences for leisure and business travel that go beyond getting the cheapest airfare or best rate on your stay, that are not possible without insider knowledge of the industry. It is the experience you create that makes the difference. There has never been a better time for every travel agent/agency to embrace a mobile strategy and embrace the third screen; smartphones and tablets will be the primary way your customers will be accessing the internet by end of 2014. Global smartphone usage will reach 2 billion by 2015, over 50% of mobile searches are goal oriented, 73% of those searches trigger follow up action, 45% will search somewhere is else if a site is not mobile friendly, 34% said they would visit another site instead, and professional service sites that are not mobile friendly have a 24% higher abandon rate on their site, obviously you need to be where your customers are – Mobile. Creating a mobile strategy that includes optimizing your website to be mobile friendly to adding a mobile app to engage your customers more intimately, will help show your clients the real value of your travel consulting expertise. Understand that these strategies are not difficult or expensive to implement, there are many affordable solutions on the market today that are easy to use, require no programming skills, and allow your travel business to take advantage of the mobile revolution.

Bill Heneghan is an entrepreneur, investor, and marketing technology guru.  Bill has over 16 years of experience involved in entrepreneurial ventures and start-up companies. Mr. Heneghan is an expert in identifying new market segments, innovative product offerings, and strategic initiatives related to market share and profitability. His current venture is a company he founded called ApporClick which provides mobile marketing solutions for small business.  In 2007 he was instrumental in revamping an eye care company that was producing $300,000 in revenue to over $30 million in 5 years, by converting a wholesale business model into a direct marketing powerhouse.  As a former professional athlete he leads with a special focus on excellence, accountability, exceptional client experiences, and untraditional marketing.  HIs passion is spending time with his family, helping others succeed in business and of course  a little golf.
